Terms of Engagement
What to know before we get started
- Advance Payment: An advance payment is mandatory to initiate any project or service.
- Non-Refundable: All payments made to VVM are strictly non-refundable.
- Scope of Work: Services will be delivered as per the agreed package, proposal or quotation. Any additional work will be charged separately.
- Approvals & Timelines: Timely approvals, content and required information must be provided by the Client. Delays may affect delivery timelines.
- Performance: We does not guarantee specific results as performance may depend on market conditions, audience behaviour and third-party platforms.
- Cancellation: Cancellation is subject to the agreed notice period, and all outstanding dues must be cleared.
- Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from the engagement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
- Acceptance: By engaging VVM or making a payment, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
